Delivery & Returns

Delivery time

 All Apparel is printed on an order to order basis. Which means your garment is printed specifically for you! This can take some time, so please allow up to 7 working days for delivery. I know that's a while these days but don't worry it will be worth it!

Important - Please be aware that all items are printed to order please check our sizing guide before ordering instead of buying items in more than one size with the intention of sending them back.

 

Postage -

Once your order is placed it will be printed and then sent out to you via Royal Mail (U.K & Europe) or USPS (USA) The Royal Mail option is marked as 24hr. This means that once your item is ready for postage it will be sent via the Royal Mail 24hr Tracked service. You will receive an updated as soon as its sent with tracking details.

 

Returns 

You have 7 days to inform us of any returns. Please email Info@ThirteenThirteen.co.uk.

To be eligible for a return your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unwashed and in its original packaging.

Refunds

We will refund your order if your item is damaged or faulty when received by you. You must inform us within 7 days of purchase.

If eligible for a refund it will be sent to the payment method you used when purchasing the item. 

Return Postage

Return postage is covered by the customer unless the item is faulty. We will reimburse you the postage cost just remember to show proof of cost of the postage when contacting us about a return. We advise using  tracked postage as we are not liable for any returns lost in transit.
